I came across this blog by Charlene Li at Forrester while doing research on social networking features and emerging trends. While I am not a fan of authors attempting to coin buzzwords, Charlene’s research and commentary about social networking trends is extensive and well thought out. She and her colleagues have studied user behaviors and best practices across multiple populations and business models. Hopefully, she will couple the blog with a weekly, thematic podcast series in the near future.
